Wal-Mart,Sam's Club,layoffs,CitySide Records,YouTube
Well some of us knew that the big chain was laying off workers starting with managers at Sams Club. I walked into Sams the other day to get a business membership and the young lady at the counter said they were laying managers off and that she couldn't deal with that of losing her job. I told her that Walmart the biggest retailer is laying off workers, so I said WHAAAAAAAAAAAAT like the guy in Grown Folks 2 the movie.
If Walmart/Sams is laying off that is a big sign that the economy is in serious trouble. As a math head the cost they will save per year is $46,000,000. If they cared they would either layoff some of the execs who make more than 10 million per year then send them away with paid severance for a year or two until things blow over, not fire the ones who run around like ants. The job of a CEO is to bring the shareholders part to profitability and cuttuing peoples bread n butter is not the way to do it, it's a cop out. The one's that made millions already have a big nest egg to dig in with stock and big salaries. As Christians we are our brother's keeper so we should do whats best not whats worse. We know Walmart is cheap because when you go to the store late night you'll see only one cashier ringing up the entire store customers......SAY WUTTTTTTTTTTTT! Wonder where that $46,000,000 will go.

CitySide SEO department will handle the Search Engine Optimization which will help get the owners more hits from Google and other major search engines. The CEO stated that they are working extremely hard to exploit their music catalog and this is a way everyone who loves music can make money without spending a dime which all expenses lay on the music label itself. Warner Bros Records just announced their music publishing sales increased 25% due to the increase in YouTube viewership and streaming on sites such as Spotify, Pandora and other similar sites.
No label has ever done this or even though about giving fans a ownership stake in the artist publishing. It's smart because they never could or want to layoff workers unlike Walmart/Sams and the owners don't have to do any 40 hour per week work at all and when viewership increases the money does as well. Lets see if the major labels like Universal, Sony and Warner follow suit but if they do thenm they will be laying off many of their workers to in this digital age of music.
